Manchester here I come!

I'm off!
Tonight at 20:45 I'll be on a plane to Manchester with my boyfriend where we'll  be staying with his cousin and her cute 2 year-old daughter for five days.
It's a family/shopping trip and  I'm so looking forward to it!

My baby

Het weer hier in Nederland wordt steeds slechter. En ik moet aankomende maandag naar Ameland voor introductie van mijn nieuwe opleiding. Heb echt totaal geen zin om daar rond te rennen en zogenaamd leuke spelletjes te gaan doen. Maar moet toch de rest van de eerste jaars leren kennen. Ondertussen zit Marlies dan heerlijk in Manchester om haar kledingkast uit te breiden tot het maximum.
Maar! Belangrijker dan mijn stomme kamp is het feit dat ik een baby heb! Ze is nu 4 weken oud, 300 gram en heb haar geadopteerd voor €17,50! En zaterdag krijgt ze een zusje.

Oh happy day!

I bought these beige trousers at Zara today. I've been looking for them for a long time but I just couldn't seem to  find the right fit. But they finally showed up!
    I first tried on this one, and then another 5 but I went for my first choice after all (like I always do, *sigh..) 

I wasn't entirely sure about them though. They're a little short and I'm not really used to that.. It seemed a bit hard to wear.  But then I tried on this combo at home and I quite like it! So think I'll keep them after all ;) 

     Also, my boyfriend finally finished his night shifts after two long (véry long) weeks so that makes me a happy girl today! 

Just a week from now I'll be on an airplane on my way to Manchester, I can't wait!

Shit-list frustration

I've made a shit-list because I kinda needed it. 

Sooo, I'm going insane.

Why?

1. My boyfriend just started his 2nd week of night shifts: meaning waking up at 5am every morning for another week, then fall asleep again, wake up late in the afternoon and look like shit the rest of the day.

2. My neighbours suck, they're noisy. 

3. My back is killing me. And stupid enough, I refuse to go to the doctor. I'm not a big fan. And my job as a waitress carrying about 100 plates on my arms is not making it any better.

4. All four of my wisdom-teeth are getting pulled out in about 1 month. Great.

5. I've been saving (ugh!) all my money for my trip to Manchester in 2 weeks. Which is worth it, ofcourse, only a pain in-the-A right now. A girl needs to shop!

I also have a really(really!)-need-to-retrieve wish list

Here it is:

1. One pair of Ugg ultra tall or, Ugg Sundance boots (haven't made up my mind yet). Love em!

2. More high heels/wedges because I seem to live in my Zara wedges these days

3. Nice, beige harem trousers, but not one in where it lookes like you pooped your pants. 

4. A big scarf, you can never have to many scarves. 

5. A nice, fitting blazer, motivation » #4. 

6. A drape-skirt. I might make one myself but I need to buy a sewing-machine first.

7. A sewing machine, to DIY #6. 

That's it for now, but I think I'll add.

Ik heb gisteren een nieuwe parfum gekocht!

Al mijn andere parfums waren al een tijdje op en ik was dus hard aan een nieuwe toe (ik kan niet zonder).

Deze parfum had een collega van me en toen ik hem rook was ik er direct verliefd op.

De geur is heerlijk bloemig en het flesje is ook nog eens prachtig.

Jammer dat hij best prijzig is; een flesje van 30ml kost al €49,95

Mijn mams was zo lief om haar cadeaubon van de Ici Paris xl  aan mij te doneren

Ook was hij net in de aanbieding dus al met al heb ik er maar €29,95 voor betaald! 

Scheelt toch weer!

Maar ondanks de prijs is Chloé het zeker wel waard!

I bought a new perfume yesterday!

I finished all my other perfumes a while ago so I was in desperate need of a new one (can't go without). 

A collegae of mine wore this one when we were at work and when I smelled it I was sold. 

It's smells like lovely flowers and the bottle is just beautiful.

Too bad it's a bit expensive; a 30ml bottle is €49,95..

But my mum was being sweet and she donated her gift voucher from Ici Paris xl to me.

And I was lucky again, because the shop had it on offer!

So this time I only payed €29,95! Nice eh?

But despite the price, Chloé is definitly worth buying!
